Stamford Plaza Melbourne is a 5 Star Luxury Hotel located at the 'Paris end' of Little Collins Street in the heart of the shopping and theatre district.
We are now seeking a dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.

Stamford Plaza Melbourne is on the hunt for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team immediately.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Hotel Front Office environment. Previous experience as a Front Office Shift Leader is essential.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to use your own initiative and lead from the front
- A very high level of attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
- A firm understanding and confidence in maximising sales revenue through up-selling
- A very high level of flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond for all our guests and your team
- Proficient in property management systems, especially OPERA and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), First Aid Certificate and VIC Full Drivers License an advantage
